This is a treasured live performance recorded in February 1977 at North Hollywood’s prestigious jazz club “Donte’s” from an extremely rare venue live recording cassette made by a maniac. This live concert was notable for the fact that Warren Marsh participated in all the songs. The two are famous for their masterpiece album “Art Pepper With Warne Marsh” recorded in Los Angeles in November 1956, but this time they were unearthed. Few people know that they performed in collaboration at Donte’s in 1977. This sound source will make any enthusiast want to thank you, saying, Good job spinning the tape! I’m also happy that Lou Levy is in charge of the piano! ! Please come and listen to this super rare live performance that is too wasteful to be buried in history.
